I'mO is an online educational program that helps children to think differently. The goal of the program is to help learn easier and faster. Everyone's brain (whether we are gifted or integrated) can understand the same information in its unique way.
The program is also recommended by SPU SR (The National Institute for Education of the Slovak Republic) and MSVVaS SR (The Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic) through the project " We teach remotely. "
 
I'mO helps greatly to children in kindergartens and elementary schools. In the program, the children acquire habits for independent and effective learning. They practice techniques like reading and listening comprehension, creation, and deduction. They significantly improve their concentration, imagination, spatial vision, communication, and creativity. They enhance their memory, the use of associations, and different types of information in each subject. They can deduce more and react faster. Lucy

successful story

Lucy is 8 years old. In October, her special pedagogical teacher used ImO hearing exercise. She explained how Lucy needs to minimized other disruptive sound elements around her. Why? Because Lucy has a huge issue with concentration.

When other students in class talk, she can not concentrate what her teacher is saying. At home, her parents, brother, and other sound elements and passing cars on the street are interrupting her concentration to study.
Lucy started to practice two exercises every Wednesday, about 5 minutes each time.
By the end of December she had a winter break. When she returned back to school in January she was excited to explain her special pedagogical teacher that she can easily study at home without any interruption. Lucy family, TV or any sound street’s elements are no longer effecting her concentration to study.
Just within two months Lucy was able to exclude and eliminate sound elements around her.
 

Christina

successful story

Christina is a dyslexic, disorder to pay attention and concentrate. When Christina was 13 years old she started to use ImO program once a week, just over an hour per day. After 6 months of using ImO she told her mother that she no longer needed her mother’s assistance when learning. And that was it. Christna started to read book by herself and she enjoyed it. Christina’s score at school improved , even her writing skills , she started to have writing exams with one or two errors. When she reached age of 15 she decided that she no longer needed ImO.

During the next two we were in touch with her mother to receive her feedback on Christina’s progress. Her mother was very pleased and thanked the ImO system. The Imo system initiated her self-learning and helps her until today. Today, Christina listens English songs without any issues and watches English movies, even English is not her mother language. In school her class was given a homework to read and describe a novel in their on words. Her teacher said that Christina excelled among 25 students within her class, while these students are without any learning disabilities.

„Method "I'mO" is a playful form of learning that has the potential to get children interested in learning new words in a foreign language, as well as adults, and to maintain their motivation and attention in learning for a longer time.
In addition to conventional channels for receiving new information (auditory, visual), this method involves the creative thinking of each pupil/student in learning. „I've been teaching English for over 30 years. And truthfully, what children can say and learn here far exceeds other games or exercices. Of course, I don't know everything, but I have a good overview. As a primary school teacher, I will be very happy if similar systems are enforced. They will greatly help everyone. I taught English language to children of 1st and 2nd grade for several months of the school year 2015/16 using the I'mO education system. The work was pleasure and fun for me, as well as for the children who attended the training. I’mO's know-how was set up to break down barriers and help children learn a foreign language. or How it all started.

The origin of I'mO

I tutored already in high school. I enjoyed adapting the curriculum for different people. You probably won't be surprised that I became a teacher. Over the decades, I have met many people with various learning disabilities. Nevertheless, they were clever and intelligent people. Imagine that you are reading an article, and you don't understand what you are reading. You can't focus, and you need more time for everything. I was thinking about how to help them. I found a way to improve their concentration. When they realize the meaning of the words, they understand them and therefore remember them. The improvement of my students at school was almost immediate.
 
One day, a good friend came to see me. He had communication and memory problems. How did it show? There were days when he could not speak fluently because he could not recall some words. As he was going to travel abroad, he urgently needed to speak a foreign language. That's why he asked me for help. Based on my experience, I started to work on learning techniques. Based on methods used by top athletes, traders and managers, the educational program I'mO was created.
 
After four years of consultations with special pedagogues and psychologists, we adjusted the program to its current form for online use. Now, ImO helps children, parents, and teachers in kindergartens and primary schools.
